All products are mailed from USA. Specially, books are mailed from Los Angeles, California; clothes are mailed from Los Angeles and Charlotte, North Carolina; and fine art prints are shipped from Apex, North Carolina.
At checkout, shipping will be accurately calculated based on your shipping address and cart content.
Orders are shipped within seven days. When your order ships you will will receive an email notification with the tracking number(s). Autographed art prints are shipped within 2 weeks as they are mailed from North Carolina to Los Angeles first for the JQ to sign, and later shipped to you.
It doesn’t happen often, but if an item does arrive damaged please email firstname.lastname@example.org with some info about what happened and photos if you can.
Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to exchange or return your order within 30 days of purchase. Please email email@example.com to process your return. You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that once your account is removed, you will have no access to previous order details or be able to re-download previous purchases. Please make sure that you have copied and downloaded all information prior to contacting us about account deletion.
